Common Repairs
Listed below are the many common repairs we often finish within a day.
GM Instrument Clusters
The gauges will either stop working altogether, or start to fluctuate randomly. This is especially common on model years ranging from 2003-2006. On most occasions the repair takes one day. We also replace all backlighting, and check the driver information display for any issues.
Chrysler Dayglow Backlighting
The dayglow backlighting goes bad overtime, and this will cause visibility issues. We can restore backlighting to original brightness.
Dodge Ram and Ford Truck Clusters
The most common Ram repair restores the tachometer and backlighting issues. Common Ford problems include internal ASD and lighting relay controls, brake indicator always on, faded odometer screens, bad gauges, and the cluster intermittently stops working.
Ford FICM
The FICM controls the fuel injectors. Over time the firing voltage drops which causes starting issues. We restore the module to provide 48 volts to the injectors.
Ford and Chrysler ECM Repairs
We repair all coil driver issues in Ford and Chrysler computers. Most common repairs are on the Escape, Edge, and Fusion. Some Chrysler vehicles have the same issues.
GM ABS Modules
If your ABS module looks like the one pictured we can repair relay codes or the pump being stuck on all the time.
Radio Repair
We repair many radios in most vehicles. Common problems include: no sound, volume control issues, and bad screens.
Heavy Truck Clusters
We can repair most common issues on heavy truck clusters including Volvo, International, Freightliner, and Workhorse. Common problems are failing gauges, bad internal buzzers, or communication issues.
Navigation Display
We replace LCD screens and touch screen digitizers in many vehicles with navigation. Most common repairs are 2014 and newer Cadillacs and 2010 and newer Chrysler screens.
